This program will combine American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds to provide eligible households with rental assistance of up to $4,800 for 12 months. Payments will be made directly to the landlord. 

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis beginning August 1, 2022. To apply you must submit a completed program application and participation agreement to the Council on Aging and Human Services. The application packet is available on the Town of Carlisle website, or you may contact the Council on Aging and Human Services to request it by email or mail. You may also pick up the packet at the Council on Aging and Human Services office.
