Andover's Mobile Town Hall, hosted by our Finance Department, will be providing neighborhood services at the South Elementary School, 55 Woburn Street, on Friday, July 29th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Residents can visit Mobile Town Hall to apply for vote by mail ballots for the fall State Elections, pay their real estate taxes that are due Monday, August 1st, or pick up a free at-home Covid-19 test kit.
