Citizen Police Academy

The Olivette Police Department will join Des Peres, Town and Country, Kirkwood, Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, Ladue, and Frontenac Police Departments to present the Citizen Police Academy.

The Academy will give citizens in our communities the opportunity to learn about law enforcement through practical training and exercises. The goal of the academy is to promote understanding between the residents and its police officers regarding their respective needs and problems. By promoting this relationship citizens and police can work together to make the entire community a safer place to live.

The next cohort of West County Citizen Police Academy (CPA) sessions will begin on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, and meet through May 3rd.

Youth Baseball

The aspects of life and sports go hand in hand. While rounding the bases on the diamond, kids aren’t necessarily thinking about the skills they’re developing or how they’re actually preparing for the adult world. They may know that it’s healthy to keep their bodies moving or it’s fun to make lasting friendships on their little league team, but the benefits of playing youth baseball go way beyond that.

Children who participate in sports quickly learn both physical and mental skills that they will carry with them well into adulthood.

Olivette is hosting spring baseball! Individual and group sign-ups are available.

Registration is open.
