Justice Cow, Kit Orion at The Buttonwood Tree

Middletown, CT: On Friday, August 18th at 8 PM, The Buttonwood Tree presents the musical showcase of Rhode Island-based indie performer Justice Cow and Boston based indie-pop performer Kit Orion. Kit Orion will open the show, then both artists will be performing together. Admission is $20.

Jessica Kion is a rare type of artist who doesn’t shy away from accessing the full range and depth of the human experience. Some of her songs and videos will make you laugh, some will make you cry, some will teach you, some will fill you with hope, and some will make you dance. Jessica is perhaps best known for her work with Bent Knee, although she has contributed as a session musician on numerous projects. She has also released a handful of albums under the moniker Justice Cow.

Caitlyn O'Brien, creatively known as Kit Orion, is a Boston-based musician, producer, DJ (DJC8) and powerhouse female. A long-time collaborator and featured member of local bands and projects, and released her debut EP in February 2021.
