Apply for Summer Institute 2024

Intern with us this summer! The Jewish Museum invites candidates from all backgrounds to apply for the Summer Institute, a paid nine-week internship for current or recently graduated university students.

The Summer Institute combines work experience in a department at the Jewish Museum, such as Education or Curatorial, with independent study and topical group discussions and field trips. Learn about every aspect of work at the Jewish Museum, discuss museums and other cultural organizations with a focus on institutional reckoning and social change, and imagine the future of museum work with a group of your peers. Guest speakers include artists, curators, writers, and other innovators in the art world.

Interns will work a hybrid schedule, and must be able to work in-person at the Museum at least two days per week. For more information, including qualifications, scheduling, and how to apply, visit TheJewishMuseum.org/Internships.

Applications are due February 23.
