Spring is in the air! Although we’re getting excited for warmer temps, there’s still plenty of time to sneak in your favorite winter activities. Check out what we have going on this spring.

Frisco Historic Park’s Winter Lecture Series
Saturdays, March 11 - April 1

As a part of the Frisco Historic Park & Museum’s 40th anniversary programming, we are bringing back the free Winter Lecture Series. Spend time with the Historic Park staff learning about Frisco’s rich history, and the individuals that helped shape our town. Lectures take place in the Frisco Historic Park Log Chapel.

Then and Now: Avalanches & C-RAD
Tuesday, March 21
5:00pm - 7:00pm

This après ski event and fundraiser for Colorado Rapid Avalanche Deployment (C-Rad) will take place at the Frisco Adventure Park Day Lodge. Frisco Mayor and Director of the Breckenridge Ski Patrol, Hunter Mortensen, will talk about avalanches, backcountry safety, and mitigation techniques used by professional ski patrols. Frisco Historic Park & Museum staff will also unveil a new, semi-permanent, micro exhibit in the Day Lodge. All funds from ticket sales will be donated to C-RAD. Did we mention there will be avalanche dogs there?

Frisco's Easter Egg Hunt
Sunday, April 9
12:00pm

The Easter Bunny will return to Frisco Main Street on Easter Sunday to hide 5,000 Easter eggs for kids 8 and younger to find. The schoolhouse bell at the Frisco Historic Park & Museum will toll at noon to kick off the search.
