The City of Irving will host its annual Fourth of July celebration on Tuesday, July 4.

The annual parade starts at 9 a.m. throughout the Irving's Heritage District, with the Watermelon Social immediately following at Heritage Park.

Then, swing by Levy Event Plaza starting at 6 p.m. for an evening of amazing events: live music, fireworks, drone show and more!.

Irving's annual Fourth of July Parade is back! Join family, friends and neighbors throughout the Heritage District for the wonderful sights and sounds of marching bands, floats and all things red-white-and-blue!

10 A.M. to 11 A.M.
Watermelon Social
Heritage Park | 217 S. Main St.
Immediately following the parade, head over to Heritage Park for the annual Watermelon Social!
Cool off with a refreshing slice of watermelon, and stay for the sounds of the Jade Flores Band. It's sure to be the ~coolest~ part of your morning!

Jade is taking over the Great State of Texas like a wildfire! As soon as she strums her first chord on the guitar or sings her first note, the atmosphere is completely transformed. With roots in classic Country, Jade is the perfect hybrid of what everyone loves and brings the energy to every set. Raised in Red Oak, Texas, visitors may recognize her from her American Idol Days or from other local music scenes.

No Fourth of July Celebration is complete without a night of fireworks!
Join the community at Levy Event Plaza at 6 p.m. for an evening lighting up the skies of Irving over Lake Carolyn. Grab a bite to eat from one of the on-site food trucks, race your friends on an obstacle course or try your hand at the baseball speed pitch!
Live music kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to bring blankets and chairs. Remember, outside alcohol is prohibited but will be available for purchase on-site.
Last, but certainly not least, enjoy a fireworks and drone show unlike you have ever seen! All ages are welcome for this free evening of fun, but we do encourage your furry friends to stay at home to avoid being frightened by the fireworks. Fourth of July in Irving is one you surely don't want to miss!

Parking & Shuttles
-Free parking and event shuttles located at Williams Square Plaza. Event shuttles will run between 5:45 p.m. to 9 p.m. to the Levy Event Plaza and back to the Williams Square Plaza. Last shuttle pick up to the event (Levy Event Plaza) will end at 9 p.m.
-Event Shuttles from the Levy Event Plaza will return event attendees through 11:30 p.m.
$10 parking located at the Summit Parking Garage (cash only-no bills larger than $20 accepted) and at the 600 Las Colinas Parking Garage (card only)
