The deadline for 2023 Stowe Story Labs programs, fellowships, and partial scholarships is 1 day away–as well as to be considered for the annual Sidewalk/Stowe Story Labs Fellowship! The fellowship will be awarded to a top emerging filmmaker who presents a meaningful character-driven story focused on underrepresented voices.

It will cover the fee to attend the August Sidewalk Lab, along with other fellowship benefits like a 30-minute consultation with alumni, board member, and entertainment attorney Stacey Davis, StoryBoard Quick software from Power Production, and other benefits (learn more here).

Now in its eleventh year, Stowe Story Labs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Stowe, Vermont, which offers labs, retreats, writing programs, and mentoring programs to top emerging screenwriters, filmmakers, and creative producers from around the world for eleven years now. Stowe’s mission is to help emerging talents get work made and seen, and through that, to bend the world through story.

November Writers Retreat (California): November 10-14
