Shelburne, VT - Starting this week, Shelburne Museum’s campus will be aglow with the spectacular holiday event, Winter Lights, now in its second season with expanded offerings including a special Ice Bar night. This winter extravaganza begins on Thursday, November 25 at 5 p.m.

Fourteen of the museum’s buildings and gardens have been decorated in multicolored light arrangements for Winter Lights, which runs from Thanksgiving weekend through New Year’s Day. The campus will be magically illuminated for the event with the Hershell-Spillman Carousel bedecked, the Ticonderoga floating on a sea of light, Beach Woods twinkling, the Electra Havemeyer Webb Memorial Building aglow, and more.

Winter Lights runs from Thursday, November 25 through Sunday, January 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. according to the schedule (below). Visitors are strongly encouraged to purchase timed tickets in advance on the museum’s website www.shelburnemuseum.org. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Lake Champlain Chocolates Member Night

Thursday, December 1 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Shelburne Museum Members explore the expanded Winter Lights for an exclusive two-hours. Members will receive a sweet treat courtesy of sponsor Lake Champlain Chocolates. This event is included in the price of Winter Lights admission for Members.

New! Ice Bar at Winter Lights

Thursday, December 8 from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

Shelburne Museum has mixed its fantastic Winter Lights extravaganza with spirits for the perfect night out with a twist that’s sure to spark the holiday spirit! This special evening of merriment features two outdoor ice bars stocked with local spirits, wine, and beer along with snacks to savor from local food trucks, all within the magical wonderland of Winter Lights. This is a 21+ event.

Tickets: $85 general public; $75 for Members; $70 for Barnstormers Members. All tickets include two tokens for food from local food trucks and two tokens for drinks at the ice bars.
