Have a short appointment with an attorney via video conference. Volunteer attorneys will answer questions, help fill out forms, and explain the process and procedure for legal issues in specific areas of law. First-come, first-served. Learn more about this program.

Work one on one with the City of Fort Collins' Utilities Affordability Program and learn how to apply for LEAP - Low-Income Energy Assistance Program and our auto-enrollment into the City's Income Qualified Assistance Program (IQAP).
