Members of the art center get a small discount on classes and being a member helps the art center maintain our beautiful facility as well as buy art supplies. To become a member just give us call or go online and sign up. Member fees start as low as $35 but we always welcome that little extra as an additional donation. (every little bit helps)

Tuesdays in July - Acrylic Fluid Art with Vanessa.

July 19th, and 26th TIME: 12-3pFEE: $65/70 Supplies are provided. You can sign up online, by phone or in person. Tuesdays are all about fluid art and feeling the flow of colors and paint. Vanessa will teach you several techniques during this class and show you how to mix paints to get the look you want. Students will be guided to make their own fluid art painting on a 16x20 canvas then after it is dry they will be able to take it home.

July 27th - Express Your Inner Self Workshop - An Intuitive Journey Of Creativity

Invite yourself to emotionally relax, let whatever you need to know come out in colors, shapes, designs and imagery. Let go of your everyday, accomplishing mind, so that those hidden parts of self can arise and open your heart to aspects of yourself through art. Keep your mind and body open to intuitive insight. Practice playing, loosening up, freeing and opening up your creativity. Join Sharen Chatterton and Karen Rester, as they lead you along this path of expressing those feelings, emotions and thoughts through painting in various mediums.
