“Whether it’s taking on her own party or standing up to corporate special interests, Senator Hassan has proven that she will do whatever it takes to deliver for New Hampshire,” said Maggie for NH spokesperson Kevin Donohoe. “If re-elected, Senator Hassan will continue to fight every day to deliver on the biggest challenges facing Granite Staters.”

Senator Hassan was ranked the most bipartisan Senator by the nonpartisan Lugar Center. Over the last six years, Senator Hassan has worked across the aisle to deliver on crucial priorities for New Hampshire, including:

Partnering with a Republican and standing up to the entire health care industry to ban the absurd practice of surprise medical billing.

Being a key negotiator for the bipartisan infrastructure law, which is already delivering critical funding to repair New Hampshire’s roads and bridges and expand high-speed internet to every corner of our state.

Working across the aisle to craft the bipartisan CHIPS and Science Act that is now law and will help bring manufacturing back to America, lower costs, outcompete China, and bolster our national security.

Standing up to Big Pharma and Big Oil to pass a new law to lower prescription drug costs by allowing Medicare to negotiate drug prices. The law also includes Senator Hassan’s bipartisan measure to bring down energy costs for Granite Staters by giving tax cuts to households that invest in energy efficient home upgrades.
