In celebration of the Museum’s 100th anniversary this year, we’re hosting a monthly film screening series that explores how New York has been imagined on film from the 1920s to the 2020s. Upcoming showtimes:

Manhandled (1924, 75 min)
June 15, 6:30pm - With live DJ accompaniment by DJ Misbehaviour; introduced by fashion editor Lynn Yaeger.

Gold Diggers of 1933 (1933, 90 min)
July 13, 7:30pm - With live jazz by the Kate Martucci Trio; introduced by series programmer Jessica Green. Outdoor screening (weather permitting).

The Clock (1945, 90 min)
August 10, 7pm - Introduced by film critic Jourdain Searles. Outdoor screening (weather permitting).
