Dia de los Muertos Art Exhibition Opens!

Día de los Muertos Family Festival

Thank you for all of those who joined us for the opening of our 26th Annual Día de los Muertos exhibition in the outdoor Sculpture Garden! Visitors made their own Día de los Muertos buttons and paper flowers with the help of Museum volunteers. And, as always, the performance by Paquiyollotzin, Ballet Folklorico of Petaluma was a favorite! Thank you also to all of the participating artists, community and student organizations, and visitors, and volunteers who helped make the opening a success.

The Museum's Día de los Muertos exhibition features artwork by Peter Perez and Martín Zúñiga, as well as altars and objects created by Scott Braun, Mario Uribe, and Tracy Ferron & Life on Earth Art, and community organizations Latino Service Providers, Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS) and the Puente Project at Santa Rosa Junior College.

The exhibition is open Wednesday-Sunday 11 AM - 5 PM (except in inclement weather). Admission to the exhibition is FREE.
