Register for Thursday Docent-Led Tour

Announcing our Spring Exhibition: Rainbow in the Dark, a solo exhibition by German contemporary artist Anselm Reyle, curated by Emann Odufu. This is a significant exhibition featuring 20 of Reyle's works, including a site-specific neon installation. Learn more about the exhibition here.

Docent-led tours are held on Thursdays at 1 PM, and drop-in docent-led tours are held every Saturday and Sunday during gallery hours, including a drop-in interactive family tour on Sundays. No advance registration required; all tours included in Museum admission. Remember, gallery admission is FREE for MoCA Members.

MoCA Westport is pleased to partner with Bank of America’s Museums on Us®, offering free admission to MoCA Westport for their cardholders on the first weekend of every month (April 1 and April 2). 

We thank The Union House for their generous support in funding the Rainbow in the Dark exhibition.

Thank you to the Horizons organization for joining us for an exhibition tour and art class this past weekend. Horizons provides academic support, social-emotional learning, and enrichment opportunities for students across Fairfield County. We thank our MoCA Gives Back Committee members — Jennifer Kanfer, Jodi Felton, Agata Tria, Kathryn Sonne and Jessie Paulson — for helping to bring this collaboration to fruition. 

The event was part of our ongoing MoCA Gives Back initiative, designed to provide equitable access and meaningful experiences, including employment, to those who are under-resourced in our community.

WordPlay: Messages in Branches & Bark opens at browngrotta on March 30. WordPlay highlights the work of Gyöngy Laky and John McQueen, artists known for innovative sculptures made of twigs and bark deftly combined with manmade materials. Learn more about the exhibition and supporting events here.
