Join us for a fun concoction of crafts this Pre-Valentine’s. Write your goodbyes, make a sage bundle, and say hello to your new year ahead.

Drop-in activities include:

  • Goodbye Letters on burning paper
  • Making your own sage bundle
  • Nibbles and refreshments

Say goodbye to what needs saying goodbye to: ex- partners, jobs, habits, sneakers, a way of thinking…it’s up to you!

Valentine's Day MoCA on the Move at Met Park

MoCA Arlington is partnering with Amazon to host a Valentine’s Day Pop-Up at Met Park on Wednesday, February 14th. The event is free, open to the public, and will feature various activities designed for participants to craft a unique, handmade gift. Keep it for yourself, or to give to a friend, partner, or colleague!

In addition to our MoCA on the Move Pop-Up, there will be plenty of fun and festive elements at Met Park, including a festive installation - perfect for a photo backdrop - as well as holiday specials with Met Park retailers.

No registration required. Drop by anytime between 11am and 2pm to join.

Adam Henry, artist-in-residence at MoCA Arlington's Innovation Studio + Store, is hiding five (5) Golden Tickets in Met Park to celebrate the grand opening! Toby and Sue have found the first two; three more need to be found!

If you are one of the lucky finders, you'll get a custom portrait by Adam!

Wellness in the Galleries

Sound Bath in the Tiffany Gallery

Saturday / February 17 / 2-3pm

$22. Registration required.

Join us for this lovely and relaxing event each month: a sound bath in the Tiffany Gallery. Experienced facilitators will use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz, and tibetan sound bowls to bathe you in beautiful sounds as you lay comfortably on a yoga mat.

Tea will be served after for you to stay and linger. No prior experience required. Dress comfortably (and for warmth). Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a journal for time to creatively reflect at the end.

Gentle Yoga in the Galleries

Mondays / 6:30pm-7:30pm

$10-$20. Registration required.

Unwind and invite balance in this flowing, gentle yoga class. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a gentle practice suitable for all levels on Monday nights in the beautiful Tiffany Gallery. Start your week on a positive note.

Bring your own mat, a journal, and wear comfortable clothing. No late entry.

Morning Yoga in the Galleries

Saturdays / 11am-12pm*

$10-$20. Registration required.

Yoga in the Galleries is a 60-minute yoga session designed to inspire and uplift. Hosted in the beautiful Tiffany Gallery every Saturday morning, you will be invited to move your body towards a presence with your inner creative. At the end of each flowing session, you will be invited to journal, doodle, draw or meditate.

Participants should bring their own mat, water bottle, and notebook with writing utensil. No late entry.

*We've changed the time to 11am for our Saturday sessions!
