We are thrilled to bring back some favorite classes for adults like Experimental Painting: The Creative Process with Stephanie Lane and Drawing & Painting: The Figure, as well as some new and exciting classes like Oil Paints: Introduction & Exploration with Emily Sullivan and our Automatism Art Workshop with Lindsay Muller.

Join us for our opening celebration of FIVE new exhibitions this fall! Exhibiting artists will be in attendance and MoCA Arlington Resident Artists will also open their studios to the public. After you visit MoCA, head across the street to Mason Exhibitions for their opening celebration of the exhibition Disrupt and Resist.

We're continuing Saturday morning yoga and expanding yoga to Monday nights in September! Join us for a flowing yoga session followed by time to doodle, write, or meditate in a creative space. Registration required.

Join us for an evening of Mindful Breathing and Meditation to invite calm, connection and clarity into your life. It’s time to slow down, relax your mind, body, and spirit, and come together with other like-minded people. 

If you’ve never meditated before and want to try something new, join us in the peaceful setting of the Tiffany Gallery and enjoy the ancient art of Meditation. No experience required. Bring your own yoga mat.

Sound Bath

Sound Bath Registration

Join this lovely and relaxing event: a sound bath in the Tiffany Gallery. Emme Day will use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz and tibetan sound bowls, to bathe you in sound as you relax comfortably on a yoga mat.
