#2 LOOK BEHIND-THE-SCENES OF THE HISTORIC CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
The M is in the midst of the final phase of construction on the museum expansion project—tripling the gallery space. Take this opportunity to see the future M on a short Building the Future tour.

Curator of Exhibitions Dr. Laura Joseph will provide insights and background on the stories and artists involved in the current window gallery exhibition, Im/perfect Slumbers.

#5 MEET DR. KATE BEANE
Dr. Beane, who recently completed her first year as executive director of the M, will share her vision for the future of the M—building on past successes and paving the way for the M's future, inviting partners in for radical collaborations, and elevating unheard stories.
 
#6 CONVERSE WITH ARTISTS

"Building on the Past, Envisioning the Future" features M partners sharing their stories about the importance and impact of the M's work. Friend and Associate Curator of Native American Art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Dr. Patricia Marroquin Norby, shares her story here.

#8 SIT FOR YOUR PORTRAIT BY DAUGHTERS AND SUNS
Guests of the event are invited to have a complimentary 10-minute portrait sitting done by Daughters and Suns. Portraits will take place in the Otto Bremer Studio. Sign up for your sitting when you arrive at the event.
