Virtual Author Series

The Mill Valley Public Library invites you to a series of streaming author talks. Best-sellers, award-winners, fiction and non-fiction - all from the comfort of your home (or device on the go). Upcoming speakers include The Henna Artist author Alka Joshi, productivity expert David Allen, and Pulitzer Prize winner Dr. Marcia Chatelain.

See a schedule of upcoming talks and register to attend.

Join the Conversation: In-Person Book Club

As part of our Speaker’s Series, we will offer an in-person book club that will meet to discuss a featured title about a week before the virtual author talk. Connect with your community and library staff as we read and discuss various book genres including popular fiction, self-development, and memoir.

The first book club meeting will take place at the Library on Wednesday, July 27th at 1pm. Register for the in-person book club here. We will be discussing Long Bright River by Liz Moore.

The virtual author talk with Liz Moore will air on Tuesday, August 9th at 6pm. For more information and to register, click here

Virtual Author Series is brought to you in partnership with the Library Speakers Consortium.
