For Incoming Athletes in Grades 7 thru 12 for Madeira City School sponsored sports governed by the athletic department: 

Registration is open for 2022-2023 Fall Sports. Registrations should be complete by August 1st including all physicals as well as required signatures by parents and athletes. To register: https://madeira-oh.finalforms.com/   

Please note: All consumable school fees (books, class fees, etc.) must be paid in full to be eligible to participate in extra-curricular activities. All pay to participate fees are due once an athlete is added to a roster. Fees remain the same: $155.00 for high school sports and $95.00 for middle school sports.
