DENVER - Today, as acting Governor, Lt. Governor Primavera signed the following bipartisan bills into law during a ceremony. 

- SB24-087 - Health Facility Topical Medication Continued Care, sponsored by Senators Kyle Mullica and Perry Will, and Representatives Mary Bradfield and Lindsey Daugherty.

- HB24-1003 - Opiate Antagonists and Detection Products in Schools, sponsored by Representatives Barbara McLachlan and Mary Young, and Senators Cleave Simpson and Dafna Michaelson Jenet.

Governor Polis also signed the following bills on Friday, April 19:

- HB24-1071 - Name Change to Conform with Gender Identity, sponsored by Representative Lorena García, and Senators Dafna Michaelson Jenet and Kevin Priola. 

- HB24-1414- Repeal COVID Heroes Collaboration Fund, sponsored by Representatives Shannon Bird and Rick Taggart, and Senators Rachel Zenzinger and Barbara Kirkmeyer.
