From: Kansas Governor Laura KellyTo check the status of bills and hearing, please go to the legislative website at http://www.kslegislature.org/li/ or call the legislative hotline at 1-800-432-3924. If there are bills you would like me to follow, please let me know and I will add them to the list. A listing of the committees, times they meet, rooms they meet in and the assistants you need to contact if you want to provide testimony are listed at the end of this update.
The committee meetings and the sessions are still available virtually on the legislative website. To find them, go to the legislature’s homepage. In the upper right-hand corner, there is a menu called “Audio/Video”. Hover over that and a menu will drop down. The first two items are to connect you to the House and Senate session meetings. The third one is Statehouse Live and Archive and you click on this to go to the list of committee meetings for the month. The ones that show up first are for on May 23rd. The calendar at the top is for finding the archives and checking to see if a committee is meeting on a future date. Let me know if you have questions or want me information by emailing [email protected].
The legislature is back for Sine Die.I have updated the table with the information I could find.

You may be asking yourself questions such as these:
1. How do I testify?
2. How do I find out who my senator or representative is?
3. Where do I find out about a bill?
4. Is there any training on this subject?
5. Etc.
These questions can be answered with the Legislative Advocacy toolkit.
