I participated in the Topeka Friends and Family Juneteenth Celebration Unity Walk and Flag raising ceremony on the south steps of the Capitol, and I met with students at The Kansas African American Museum in Wichita. I invite every Kansan to participate in one of the many Juneteenth events taking place around the state this weekend.”
