Trails End Bed and Breakfast

Welcome to our newly renovated, Trails End Bed & Breakfast located directly on the Switchback Trail.  The house was constructed in 1899 and was owned by a Bank President named, John Belhorn.  It was the only house in the neighborhood with an in-ground cement pool.   The space where the pool once was is now the sitting area with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs.  You can enjoy the sound and beauty of the “Race” flowing through the property.  There is plenty of parking directly on the premises.  There are two fire pits.  One is gas and the other one is a real fire pit with plenty of seating for our guests.

The Judge Allen Craig Mansion
 
The Judge Allen Craig Mansion is located in the historic center of the town of Jim Thorpe, in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.

Built in the 1850s, the home was purchased in 1869 by Belle Craig, wife of Allen Craig, who was to become a District Attorney for Carbon County, Pennsylvania State Congressman, and a lead prosecutor on the notorious “Molly Maguires” trial.

The mansion remained in the Craig family until 1924. It has largely been preserved, with modern upgrades to bathrooms and kitchens. The Garden Level and Balcony Level each sleep 10 and are available for short-term rental.

Stop by Country Junction, the World's Largest General Store, for their annual Great Pocono Pumpkin Festival, starting September 23rd and running thru October 29th - every day, rain or shine from 11 until 5:00 pm!

County Junction is located at 6565 Interchange Rd., Lehighton - just a short drive from downtown Jim Thorpe.

Weekend activities include hayrides, gem mine, battle quest, laser tag, gourd grenades, 3D wacky shack fun house, paintball wagon, pony rides, dark ride, bungee bounce, rock wall and carnival rides! Weekday activities include hayrides, gem mine and gourd grenades!
