7:30 a.m - 9:00 a.m: Hogs entered and weighed-sale order numbers drawn at 4-H Fairgrounds
8:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m: Consultation Judging at 4-H Fairgrounds (Energy Management, Entomology, Geology, Self-Determined, Shooting Sports, Stem,Wildlife, and Woodworking)
10:00 a.m - Finish: Consultation Judging for Foods, Foods Preservation, Table Setting at 4-H Fairgrounds
9:00 a.m - 10:30 a.m: Goats and Sheep Entered and Weighed-Market and Breeding - Sale order numbers drawn at Scale House/Fairgrounds
10:00 a.m - 10:30 a.m: Honey Consultation Judging at Main Building/Fairgrounds
10:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m: Clothing entries entered at South End/Main Building
12:00 p.m: Flag Raising Ceremony - Ambassadors at Near Concession Stand
6:30 p.m: Swine Show at Show Arena/Fairgrounds
7:00 p.m - 9:00 p.m: Enter all other projects - Poultry (7:00-8:30 pm), remaining livestock (rabbits 8:00 pm), and banners.
Ambassador School Enrichment and Day Camp projects may be entered at the Ambassador Booth in the main building. (7:00-8:00 pm Club Exhibits Set-Up/Entered)

10:00 a.m: Cake Decorating Consultation Judging at South End of Fair Bldg. (Decorated Cakes to be entered and in place by 9:45 for judging)
10:00 a.m: All Entries In Place at (Judging starts for projects not previously judged)
10:30 a.m - 12:00 p.m: Crops/Weed, Horticulture at Horticulture Bldg
10:00 a.m - 10:30 a.m: Heifer Check-In at Scale House-Animal not required
10:30 a.m - 11:30 a.m: Beef Steer (Weigh-In and Ultrasound) at Scale House (Beef Sale Order Numbers Drawn at weigh-in)
1:00 p.m: Poultry Showmanship at Poultry/Rabbit Barn
1:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m: Clover Bud Entries Due (Show and Tell) at NE Corner of Fair Bldg.
11:00 a.m - 12:30 p.m: Bucket Calf Check- In at Bucket Calf Barn
1:30 p.m: Bucket Calf Show at Show Arena/4-H Fairgrounds
5:00 p.m: Sheep Show followed by Meat Goat Show at Show Arena

5:30 p.m: 4-H Foundation Auction of Cookie Jars and Herdsmanship Awards Announced at Livestock Arena
6:00 p.m - 7:30 p.m: Dance Set-Up
6:00 p.m: 4-H Foundation Donor Recognition
6:00 p.m: Livestock Sale at Livestock Arena
8:30 p.m - 11:00 p.m: Dance-$3.00 per person or $5.00 per couple at Fair Bldg
