"Crossroads: Change in Rural America" produced in partnership with the Smithsonian Institution's Museum on Main Street Initiative and Mass Humanities is now officially open. Come explore how Hull's history and current state are both similar to and different from other small crossroad towns. This exhibit runs from October 30 through December 10, 2022.

The Hull Lifesaving Museum along with Elaina Baggett and her granddaughter are offering a playgroup for children ages from birth to 3 years. This playgroup will be held once a week, Fridays, from 1:30 to 3:00 pm in the museum's play loft. We invite moms, dads, and caregivers to come sit, relax, connect...we'll put the kettle on.

Museum members: Free

Non-members: $5 donation

HLM Welcomes our Newest Board Member

We're pleased to announce that Helen Gould has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors. Helen joins HLM's board after 10 years as an enthusiastic crew member of our rowing program and active volunteer on many HLM programs including boat repair and special events.

All are invited to the museum's Annual Meeting. Open to museum members as well as the general public, this is a great opportunity to meet the museum staff and Board of Directors and to hear a brief update on what is happening at the museum. We will be hosting our newest exhibit, Crossroads: Change in Rural America sponsored by the Smithsonian and Mass Humanities, highlighting the changes that affected the fortunes of small towns over the past century. We are thankful for our members' support of the museum and hope you will join us. Light refreshments will be served.

Holiday Showcase

Come join us at this year's Holiday Showcase at the Nantasket Beach Resort. This annual event will feature businesses, artists, and artisans from Hull and surrounding towns in a great atmosphere for festive shopping. Held in the ballroom of the seaside Nantasket Beach Resort, you'll find plenty of free parking and free event admission. You'll enjoy a great day shopping at the beach instead of fighting the hassles of traffic and parking at the mall. Proceeds from our museum store sales help support our youth programs. We'll see you there!

Holiday Week Kids Art in the Loft

Fee: $75 for 3 days per child
