6 pm: 5K and 1 Mile Walk Registration

7 pm: Mayor's 5K and 1 Mile Walk/Run at Broadview Heights Community and Recreation Center

This is a special event for the whole family in conjunction with the Broadview Heights “Home Days”.  Race begins and ends at the Broadview Heights Community and Recreation Center: 9543 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights, OH 44147. Refreshments of fruit and water will be available at the finish line. First 200 registered runners/walkers get a race day t shirt. All participants will receive a free beer from Broadview Brewing company (21 and over) or sports drink.

$25 on or before July 6 at 9am or $30 afterwards.
Family Rate: $23/person.

7-10pm: Young, Dobeck, and DiCosimo at Community Amphitheater

Prog Rock Trio "YOUNG, DOBECK and DiCOSIMO" will rock the stage on Thursday night from 7pm - 10pm. Michael Stanley Band drummer Tommy Dobeck and Resonator keyboardist David Young will be joined by bassist Leonard DiCosimo playing rock classics and rearranged Michael Stanley songs. Don't miss your chance to see this new Cleveland powerhouse trio!

5-6pm: Dances of India, India Festival USA
India Festival USA’s mission is to bridge cultures, generations, and communities through one day of togetherness. This year the event will take place on 9/17/2022. Celebrates diversity thru arts and music with the Dances of India in the amphitheater

5-9pm: Caricature Artist Tent by Beer Garden
Within 3-4 minutes a Professional Caricature Artist will draw up an exaggerated version of yourself. Stop by on Friday night and have your portrait drawn by a caricature artist between 5-9 pm.

7-10pm: Joe Bell and the Swing Lizards
Joe Bell and The Swing Lizards have spent over two decades entertaining Blues, Jazz, Rock and Soul fans on the North coast and around the country. A critically acclaimed, award winning group, and legendary among all  types of folks known to frequent venues where live music delights the soul, when the Lizards hit the stage, they trul y funk up the place. Be ready to danceon July 8th at 7 pm as they fill the room with their rootsy, feel good energy.

3-9pm: Spinning Wheel Demo - Historical Society Tent
A spinning wheel is a device for spinning thread or yarn from fibers. It was fundamental to the cotton textile industry prior to the Industrial Revolution. Nancy Page will demonstrate the Art of Spinning, on a wheel and spindle at the Historical Society Tent on Saturday from 3-6 pm.

3:30-4:15pm: Magician/Illusionist Elie Haoui Jani-King Amphitheater
21-year-old professional Magician and Illusionist Elie Haoui has been doing magic since he was four and has wowed audiences worldwide. Elie studied the arts and has been mentored by 3-time World Record holder Magician Rick Smith Jr. since 2016.
Don’t miss Elie’s performance Sat, July 9th at 3:30 pm in the Amphitheater

4-7pm: Petting Zoo Sponsored by Faulhaber Funeral Home
Visit the petting zoo located by the Historical Society Tent to get up close and personal with animals of all kinds. The Petting Zoo, sponsored by Faulhaber Funeral Home is open on Saturday and Sunday 4-7 pm

4-7pm: Blacksmith Demonstration by Tim Dodd - Historical Society Tent
A blacksmith is a person whose job is to make things by hand out of metal that has been heated to a high temperature. Learn the Blacksmith basics from Broadview Heights resident Tim Dodd at the Historical Society Tent

5-6pm: Dr UR Awesome FOAM PARTY - Football Field
Dedicated bubbleologist and record holder Dr. UR Awesome is back with his new FOAM PARTY on Saturday, July 9th at 5 pm on the football field! The Foam Machine shoots out foam 30x30 wide and 5 ft high, so don’t be afraid to get a little damp, have fun and jump in!  The foam is like baby shampoo. It is non-toxic and won’t burn skin or eyes or stain clothes

5-6:45pm: Alex Bevan Band
If the name Alex Bevan means anything to you.. it probably begins with the song “Skinny”… the 1976 Summer Anthem that filled the airwaves of radio station WMMS and brought the Cleveland folksinger’s career into sharp focus “back in the day”.
Listen to Alex and his band perform on Saturday, July 9th at 5 pm!

7pm: Police Dog Demonstration - Football Field
Learn about the training requirements for K9’s and their handlers to help keep our community safe. Don’t miss this impressive Police Dog Demonstration on Saturday at 7 pm on the football field.

7-10pm: The Shootouts
The Shootouts’ deep love of traditional country music forms the bedrock of their signature sound. Their roots have grown into the unique blend that make up The Shootouts – equal parts vintage Nashville, Texas swing, and Bakersfield bravado. Watch their performance on Saturday night, July 9th at 7 pm.

4-6pm: Dennis Chandler and the Stratophonics
This legendary Oldies Band played with all of the greats of the 50s era. This highly memorable show for early rock music fans is one you must be sure to watch on Sunday at 4 pm.

6-9pm: Blue Lunch
Blue Lunch has performed nearly 37 years of audience pleasing blues, RandB, New Orleans, gospel and swing. Nine musicians will be swinging, jumping and laying it down on Sunday, July 10th at 6 pm. What a great way to wrap up the weekend!

8pm: Silent Auction and Raffle Closes

8-9pm: Silent Auction and 'United Survey' Pick a Prize Drawing

10pm: CLOSE or RAIN DATE for Saturday Fireworks
