Texas Health and Human Services (HHSC) is conducting a survey to gain insight into the needs of the community attendant workforce in Texas. The survey includes questions about demographics, workplace perceptions, experience during COVID-19, professional development, and current challenges or barriers for the workforce.

HHSC invites community attendants, personal care attendants, personal care aides, and direct service workers to complete the survey. It takes approximately 10-20 minutes to complete and will close on September 28, 2022.
