9:00 a.m: Livestock check-in with Superintendents
All livestock off feed and water
10:00 a.m: Weigh swine, goat, sheep, beef, poultry, rabbits. Pay entry fees
1:00 p.m: Judging of indoor exhibits
Exhibit area closed until judging is complete.
1:30 p.m: Horse Show
1:30 p.m: Showmanship & Halter - Horse Arena
2:00 p.m: Western Pleasure - Horse Arena
4:00 p.m: Release Horses
6:00 p.m: Judging of Poultry and Rabbits-Show Barn
7:00 p.m: Judging of Swine - Show Barn
7:00 p.m: Building Closed
10:00 p.m: Premises closed to everyone

9:00 a.m: Community Building opens
9:00 a.m: Judging of Lambs, Goats, Bucket Calf
11:00 p.m: Judging of Beef- Show Barn
Pet Show to follow Beef Show
1:00 p.m: Master Showmanship Contest
2:00 p.m: Harding County DWI Prevention Program
Social and Activities
7:00 p.m: Building Closed
7:00 p.m: Junior Livestock Sale - Show Barn
 Loading of animals following sale
10:00 p.m: Premises closed to everyone

10:00 a.m: Street Parade
11:00 a.m: Pinon CowBelle Cowboy FeedRoy City Park
Community Building open after Parade
12:00 p.m: CowBelle Scholarship Pie Auction
12:00 p.m: Stalls Must Be Cleaned By This Time
2:00 p.m: Exhibits shall be picked up at Community
3:00 p.m: Building. Any exhibit removed before
1:00 p.m. will not be eligible for prize money or ribbons. Fair Association is not responsible for items left after 3:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m: Little Wrangler Rodeo - Horse Arena
8:00 p.m: Fair Dance - Show Barn
