Gov. Holcomb directs flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Richmond Police Officer Seara Burton

INDIANAPOLIS – Gov. Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags in the State of Indiana to be flown at half-staff in honor and remembrance of Richmond Police Officer Seara Burton.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Monday, Sept. 26.

Gov. Holcomb also asks businesses and residents in Indiana to lower their flags to half-staff.
