Cello Concert by Molly Aronson, with Dr. Jasmine Robinson

Molly Aronson, cello, and Dr. Jasmine Robinson, orator, present solo cello music of Johann Sebastian Bach and Gaspar Cassadó, together with texts by Indigenous and African-American authors Robbie Robertson, Joy Harjo and Eloise Greenfield.

Zine Club Presents Xerox Seance
Saturday, November 4, 3:30-5:30 pm

Join us in the Arts & Music Department for the collaborative creation of a photocopied print, by the spontaneous writing and drawing of those present, through a game of surrealistic happenstance named “writey/drawey”. Come with an open mind to invoke a broadside (of sorts), which will be printed in a limited edition determined by the number of attendees, which participants will be able to take home as a memento.

An Introduction to Guastavino Architecture and Libraries (Virtual)

Join Guastavino Alliance board member Rena Henderson to learn about architect Rafael Guastavino and his Spanish building technique, which you can see supporting the first and second floors of Forbes Library.

In partnership with Bigelow Free Public Library and several Massachusetts public libraries.

Job Readiness Workshop: Captivating Cover Letters (Hybrid)
Wednesday, November 8, 1:30-2:45 pm

During this interactive workshop, learn how to grab an employer’s attention in your cover letter and target their needs. Details on how to structure this type of business letter will be covered.

Register on JobQuest or call the Greenfield office at 800-457-2603 or 413-774-4361 by 10 am the day of to sign up. This will be a “hybrid” workshop.
