Frozen Toes 5K/15K

Youth Soccer League

Spring registration for the Youth Soccer league is currently open for boys and girls 3.5-16 years of age. In our program everyone plays. We focus on developing soccer skills, displaying sportsmanship, and competing in a fun environment. Our volunteer coaches fuel our program with passion and positive coaching. Registration is currently open for the spring season through January 31, 2023 or until leagues are full. The season will run from March-May.

Adult Soccer League

Has the FIFA World Cup inspired you to reach some goals in 2023? The Fayetteville Adult Soccer League is for current and future players looking to connect and join a team! Plan to meet other free agent players and teams within the community that make this soccer league exciting and enjoyable. No matter your playing experience, we have a league for you, in either our Recreational or Competitive Co-Ed league for ages 16 and older. Registration is currently open.

Youth Softball League

The Girls Youth Softball program mission is to ensure that every player and family can enjoy fastpitch softball in a fun, positive, and competitive environment. Our vision in the program is for every player to achieve her personal goals and for each team to enjoy practice and playing the season together - win or lose. Spring Registration is currently open and the season is set to begin in late march.

Fayetteville Lakes

Lake Fayetteville: The marina, vessel launch, and boat stalls have been closed for an annual winter break and will re-open for the season on Sunday January 15th. City permits are required for Lake Fayetteville and can be purchased at the marina office prior to accessing the lake. The marina office offers an assortment of bike, boat, and kayak rentals, a full service snack bar, and many games to enjoy within the vicinity. Other components of Lake Fayetteville include the North Shore disc golf course, Veterans Memorial park, a softball complex and a 5.5 mile nature trail around the lake as well as 4.3 miles of hard-surface multi-use trail that also circles the lake. Lake Wilson: Lake Wilson is comprised of approximately 320 acres of land with 28 acres of water. Park users can experience boating, fishing, nature watching, picnicking and hiking. The park is also an off-leash dog park. The nature trail runs almost entirely through the woods with views of the lake and ancient rock formations. Lots of beautiful wildflowers in the Spring. City permits are not required for Lake Wilson.

Lake Sequoyah: Lake Sequoyah is comprised of approximately 1,400 acres of land and 389 acres of water. Patrons enjoy boating, fishing, nature watching, picnicking and hiking. Nature trails provide a gorgeous view of the lake with plenty of spur trails for fishing access. The area is noted for its plentiful bird population, including Great Blue Heron, American Bald Eagle and Belted Kingfisher. City permits are not required for Lake Sequoyah.

The cities three lakes are open from sunrise to sunset. Make plans to get outdoors and visit all three lakes this year!
