9:00am - 11:00am: Faulkner County Fair Clean Up / Set Up Day
9:00am: Horse Show at Don Owens Riding Arena (Open to Public)

Thursday, September 15, 2022
3:00pm - 8:00pm: Home Economic entries accepted.  

Friday, September 16, 2022
9:30am: Home Economic Judging (except Baked Goods & Floriculture)

Saturday, September 17, 2022
Campers may begin entering the fairgrounds. Reservations required.

8:30am: Check-in for Fair Queen Contestants (Ages 0-9)
10:00am: Faulkner County Fair Queen Pageants at the Centennial Stage at the Expo (Ages 0-9)
1:00pm: Check-in for Jr. & Sr. Fair Queen Contestants (Ages 14-23)
1:30pm: Meeting - Jr. & Sr. Fair Queen Contestants (in front of dressing rooms)
2:00pm: Interviews for Jr. & Sr. Fair Queen Contestants
2:45pm: Check-in for PreTeen Faulkner County Fair Queen Contestants (Ages 10-13)
4:00pm: Faulkner County Fair Queen Pageant at the Centennial Stage at the Expo Center (PreTeen, Jr. & Sr. Divisions)

Sunday, September 18, 2022
1:00pm – 4:00pm: Set up Educational Booths
12:00pm: Small Ruminants (Dept R) - May enter the fairgrounds
12:00pm: Dairy Cattle and Dairy Goats (Dept. O & P) - May enter the fairgrounds
4:00pm - 6:00pm: Enter Baked Goods & Floriculture (option of 2 day drop off - Sunday & Monday)
6:00pm: All Dairy Goats, Dairy Cattle, and Small Ruminants  must be in place.
6:00pm - 8:00pm: Check-in for Dairy Goats, Dairy Cattle, and Small Ruminants

Monday, September 19, 2022
9:00am - 11:00am: Enter Baked Goods & Floriculture (option of 2 day drop off - Sunday & Monday)
9:00am - 2:00pm: Judging Baked Goods & Floriculture
9:00am - 6:00pm: Set up Educational Booths
9:30am: Mandatory Dairy Exhibitor & Small Ruminant Exhibitor Meeting in Show Ring
10:00am - 6:00pm: Set up Commercial Booths
10:00am: Ag Mechanics must be in place
10:00am - 12:00pm: Ag Mechanics check-in and classification
10:00am: Judging of Dairy Goat Exhibits followed by Dairy Goat showmanship. Awards will directly follow the show.
Following Dairy Goat Show:
Judging of Junior Dairy Cattle Showmanship & Junior and Open Dairy Cattle Exhibits
Awards will directly follow the show.
Following the Junior Dairy Cattle Show:
Judging of Small Ruminant Show--Breeding Meat Goat & Breeding Sheep (Dept. R)
Awards will immediately follow the show.
1:00pm: Ag Mechanics Show (judging) - Exhibitors must be present at judging unless showing another exhibit. If showing another exhibit, you must see the Ag Mechanics Superintendent for other arrangements.
4:00pm: Poultry (except broilers) - May begin entering fairgrounds
6:00pm: Educational Booths must be in place and remain in place until 9am: Sunday  
6:00pm: Small Ruminants - Breeding Meat Goat & Breeding Sheep (Dept R) must be in place.
6:00pm - 7:00pm: Check-in for Small Ruminants - Breeding Meat Goat & Breeding Sheep (Dept R)
6:00pm - 7:30pm: Faulkner County Fair Youth Livestock Skill-a-Thon Contest
7:00pm - 10:00pm: Swine may enter the fairgrounds (health papers will be checked before unloading)
10:00pm: All Poultry (other than broilers) MUST be in place.

Tuesday, September 20, 2022
7:30am: Broilers may begin entering
8:00am: All Market Goats and Broilers in place
8:00am: Swine may enter Fairgrounds (health papers must be checked before unloading)
8:30am: Broilers will be judged in the Rabbit Show area. All other poultry will be judged in the poultry area. All broilers will be released after judging. Broiler Awards will immediately follow the show. The general breed will be judged following the broiler show.
9:00am: Market Goat Weigh-In
10:00am - 5pm: Set up Commercial Booths
12:00pm: All Beef Cattle in place
2:00pm: Market Steers, Prospect/Feeder Steers, County and Commercial Heifers Weigh-In
4:00pm: Bledsoe Chiropractic Midway Opens
4:30pm: Mandatory Market Goat Exhibitor Meeting in Show Ring     
5:00pm: Judging of Goat Wether Dam Show
Followed by Faulkner County Bred Market Goat Show
Followed by Peewee Market Goat Showmanship
Followed by Market Goat Show
Followed by Junior & Senior Market Goat Showmanship
5:00pm: Downtown Parade
5:00pm: Commercial Exhibits Open
5:00pm - 9pm: Rabbits may enter the fairgrounds. Must be checked in by the committee.
9:00pm: All Rabbits must be in place.
8:00pm - 10pm: Swine weigh in
10:00pm: All Swine must be in place

Wednesday, September 21, 2022
Armband Night
8:30am: Mandatory Rabbit Exhibitor Meeting in Rabbit Show Area
9:00am: Rabbit Show. Awards will immediately follow the show. All meat rabbits will be released after judging.
9:00am: All Market Lambs must be in place.
9:00am: Exhibit Buildings Open
12:00pm: Judging of Swine Showmanship, followed by Breeding Swine Show.  Awards will immediately follow the show.
4:00pm - 10:00pm: Bledsoe Chiropractic Midway and Commercial Exhibits Open - Armband Night
5:30pm: Mandatory Market Hog Exhibitory Meeting in Show Ring.
6:00pm: Market Hog Show
10:00pm: Meat Rabbits MUST be removed from the fairgrounds.

8:30am: Mandatory Beef Cattle Exhibitor Meeting in Show Ring
9:00am: Judging of Beef Cattle Exhibits (Market Steers, Prospect/Feeder Steers, Breeding Beef, Heifers and Showmanship) Awards will immediately follow the show.
9:00am: Market Lamb Weigh-In
9:00am: Exhibit Building Open
4:00pm - 10:00pm: Bledsoe Chiropractic Midway and Commercial Exhibits Open -- ARMBAND NIGHT
5:30pm: Mandatory Sheep (Dept. S) Exhibitor Meeting in Show Ring
5:30pm: Check-In for the Faulkner County Jr. & Sr. Talent Contest on the Centennial Bank Stage (Ages 10-21)
6:00pm: Judging of Wether Dams
Followed Market Lambs
Followed by Lamb Showmanship
6:30pm: Faulkner County Fair Talent Contest ( Ages 10-15 & Ages 16-21) at the Centennial Stage

9:00am: Exhibit Buildings Open
9:00am - 11:00am: Dog Obedience Exhibition (School Groups Welcome)
12:00pm: Youth Dog Show – Begins at noon, may conclude around 5pm. Awards will immediately follow the show.
4:00pm - 12:00am: Bledsoe Chiropractic Midway and Commercial Exhibits Open
5:00pm: Livestock Award Ceremony begins followed by Parade of Champions (recognition of livestock contestant's awards)
6:00pm - 8:00pm: Parade of Champions - All Grand and Reserve Market Animals will be on exhibit in the Show Ring

10:00am: Junior Livestock Premium Auction Sale
10:00am: Midway and Commercial Exhibits Open
10:00am - 2:00pm: Bledsoe Chiropractic Midway opens Armband Day - Will Stop Selling Armbands at 1:30 p.m.
10:45am: The Princess Show at Centennial Bank Stage
11:45am: Paul Carlon Illusionist/Magic Show
12:00pm: Check-In for the Cowboy Cutie Contest Near the Centennial Stage
1:00pm: Cowboy Cutie Contest (Ages: 0-9) at Centennial Stage
2:45pm: The Princess Show at Centennial Bank Stage
3:45pm: Paul Carlon Illusionist/Magic Show
10:00pm: Livestock & Exhibits Dismissed (Dismissal Subject to Change)
10:00pm: Ag Mechanics exhibits will be released (even if purchased prior in the week)
Midnight: Midway Closed – End of Fair- All livestock and tack must be off Fairgrounds.

Sunday, September 25, 2022
All campers must be removed from the fairgrounds
8:30am: Any livestock or tack left on the fairgrounds at this time will be sold or given away. The original owner or person who entered the livestock in the Fair will be charged for any expense incurred by the Fair Board in disposing of the livestock.
9:00am - 2:00pm: Pick up Home Economics, Horticulture, Floriculture Exhibits, and Educational Booths.
12:00pm: Cleanup Crew
12:00pm - 2:00pm: Pick up Commercial Booths
