Join us at Restaurant 17 as we sip into spring! You’ll enjoy small plates featuring seasonal and delightful dishes prepared by chefs Hadyn Shaak and Michael Sibert, alongside craft cocktails, crisp wines, and the electrifying violin duo, Synergy Twins. With views of the Blue Ridge Mountains around you, this event is guaranteed to be as light and fresh as your surroundings.

Bring some diverse flavors to your palate as you journey through different types of Chinese BBQ-from char siu to sichuan to chaun, you’ll taste it all! You’ll enjoy various proteins, seasonal produce, and complementary sides while learning the differences between the BBQ styles. You’ll even have the opportunity to mix your own Chinese BBQ marinade to enjoy!

Your tastebuds will be guided through this multi-course lunch paired with citrus-forward cocktail pairings while you explore the dynamics of Chinese BBQ flavors.

Join euphoria and Certified South Carolina as we return to the root of all great dishes-the homegrown ingredients. We are fortunate to live in a state with an abundance of locally sourced ingredients, especially this time of year, and they will shine bright at this multi-course dinner. Chefs Mark Bolchoz, Josh Begley & Evan Van Horn will collaborate on a family-style menu with influences from Italy and the Upstate. The menu will highlight local seasonal vegetables and housemade pasta while showcasing Providence Farm’s heritage-bred pork prepared in the “old world” style. As you taste each bountiful dish, your glass will be filled with perfectly paired wines and delectable cocktails.

In this hands-on class, you’ll surely kick off your day in the most upbeat way!

1:00-2:00pm - Show Me The Honey

Bees have cultural and environmental importance as pollinators and producers of honey, and these amazing creatures control the growth and quality of much of our vegetation - when they thrive, so do our crops. Luckily for us, their honey syrup also adds sweet depth to bright, fresh citrus and pairs perfectly with the bold flavors of Maker’s Mark Bourbon.

At this educational class, you’ll learn about the impact of bees, how the flavor profiles of honey differ between locations, and the many uses for this sweet nectar all while sipping on bourbon-based cocktails.

Carter Family Wines is an artisanal Carolina urban winery right in the heart of Greenville. Their small production allows for a focus on quality, handcrafted wines. This class culminates in a unique tasting experience, allowing enthusiasts to taste wines made from the highest quality grapes from their California vineyards straight from the barrel. As you are guided through the winery by the winemaker, you’ll learn the intricate process of crafting wine straight from the vine to the bottle while sampling each wine along the way.

Join us at the scenic Barn at Sitton Hill Farm as we highlight several of the best Upstate bites, sip on specially crafted cocktails, and sing along to some well-known favorites courtesy of Kami Ocean & the Rhythm. Your Sunday Funday never sounded, or tasted, so good!
