Those impacted by the recent flash flooding in the St. Louis area can now submit a Disaster Intake form. Submissions will be shared with local Emergency Management Agencies and Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COADs) who are helping provide immediate and long-term assistance.

We encourage all impacted residents to complete this highly important questionnaire.
