Staged in Dowagiac's Central Business District downtown,  the Ice Time Festival celebrates winter fun.  Watch ice carvers as they create works of art before your eyes from 300 pound blocks of ice.  Gather ‘round the campfire for warm and chocolaty s’mores and taste restaurant samples in our annual Chili Crawl. Be sure to arrive early for the promotions and sales offered by downtown specialty shops. Children's activities and crafts are hosted at mulitple locations.

The Chamber of Commerce is the proud host of the winter arts festival.

8:00 am: ICE CARVING begins on 300 pound blocks of ice on Front Street
10:00 am: LOVE IS IN THE AIR-specials, sales and drawings at select retailers on Front Streets.
