All these guests plus spine-tingling visual artists, chilling wordsmiths and publishers, terrifying vendors, and so much more lurk within this menagerie of the macabre.
Colorado is home to a dynamic and gleefully creepy horror community. Colorado Festival of Horror: Slasher Hotel endeavors to celebrate that community and support them by uniting under a safe umbrella with fans, families, and patrons from Colorado and the surrounding areas. COFOH is a platform for vendors and artists to present their art, talents, and wares to the world, rejoicing in the horror genre. There is nothing more exciting than to shudder from something scary, and the hilarity that follows.

COFOH will host a variety of thrilling experiences and events throughout the weekend. The Death Dealers Room holds a menagerie of artists, authors, vendors, and horror comic book creators. Delightfully fiendish horror actors sell autographs, selfies, and merchandise, and participate in Q&As and film screenings. Wickedly good panels, workshops, and interactive audience events will flow all weekend long. On the main stage, patrons can participate in the Inked In Blood Horror Tattoo Competition from Phantom 8 Tattoo and Mutiny Information Café, or the 3rd annual Gore Galore Costume Extravaganza cosplay contest. After-hours activities for haunting fun include Jigsaw’s Horror Trivia and the Drawn In Blood - Draw Off 3: Murder by Markers art competition, both of which are open to all attendees. This Dead Man’s Party is where it’s at!

Exclusive Colorado Festival of Horror merchandise will be available as well as a new beer provided by sponsor Outworld Brewing and a new wine from Dragon Meadery. Dedicated, horror-loving sponsors also include Wizard’s Chest, Denver’s finest costume shop, Hex Publishers, local independent publishing house specializing in horror, and Anderson Farms’ Terror in the Corn, offering creepy photo ops with haunted house actors. Marriott Denver South will be transformed into an eerily hospitable hotel venue with monsters, provided by Distortions Unlimited, hiding around every corner.
