Due to forecasted rain, the new traffic signal at the intersection of South College Street and Shell Toomer Parkway will now begin operating in flash mode on Wednesday, Dec. 21. The signal will go into full operation on Wednesday, Dec. 28.

Motorists are advised to use caution in the area as drivers become accustomed to the new signal.
