Regular Collection on Veterans Day
No Collection on Thanksgiving

While City offices will be closed in observance of Veterans Day, regular collection is scheduled on Friday, November 11.

If you have collection scheduled on Thursday, November 24 (Thanksgiving), your items will be collected on Wednesday, November 23.

Shred Event

The City of Temple Solid Waste Division is hosting a Shred Event where residents can safely shred and recycle their unwanted documents. This event will be held on Saturday, November 5 from 9 to 11 a.m. at 3210 E Ave. H. Temple residents can shred up to 5 banker boxes worth of documents. This event is for residential-use only. 

After-Hours Utility Emergency Line

To report a water outage, leak or emergency after hours (4 p.m. to 7 a.m. on weekdays, 24 hours on weekends and holidays), please call 254-217-4153. If you do not reach a representative, please leave a message with your name, address and location of the issue so a crew can be dispatched.
