Applications for 2023 rebates are now OPEN! The City awards rebates to low-income and senior residents for a variety of bills including stormwater, property tax rebates, gas and electric bill rebates and senior-only landline telephone bill rebates.

To qualify for a low-income rebate, you must be a current resident of Shawnee, live and own your home, be up to date on property taxes and special assessments, and meet the HUD Very Low Income Guidelines for your whole household. To qualify for a senior rebate, you must be 62 or older and have landline telephone bills.

All applications must be completed by April 28, 2023 and all rebates will be awarded at the City Clerk's desk at City Hall. City Hall is located at 11110 Johnson Drive.
