Calling all mural artists! The City of Shawnee is partnering with the Rotary Club of Shawnee to update our Downtown Shawnee mural (pictured below) that is located just to the southeast of the corner of Johnson Drive and Nieman Road. We want our talented community artists to bring us their vision!

This mural will become a Shawnee landmark and a source of pride as we expand our public art presence. We want community members to take photos here, smile when they drive by, and feel the effects of a bright, fun, community-representative mural in our downtown area.

The total budget for this project must not exceed $4,000, including labor, design, and materials. We are accepting proposals until Friday, August 19, 2022 via email to Lauren Grashoff at [email protected].
