Price to Pioneer Sanitary Relief

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) works to protect public health and the environment through effective wastewater and stormwater management.
As part of their long-term effort to reduce basement backups and sewer overflows, MSD Project Clear is planning a construction project in Olivette: Price to Pioneer Sanitary Relief.

MSD Project Clear invites you to attend a virtual public meeting on Thursday, January 12, to learn more about the Price to Pioneer Sanitary Relief (12368) project, meet the construction team, and let them answer any questions you may have.

Registration is required.
Find out more about the project.

Road Work Ahead

Construction roadway improvements on Olive and Price associated with the Olive Crossing development began last week. Improvements include the addition of an eastbound traffic lane from Price Crossing to I-170 and a dedicated right turn lane from N Price Road onto Olive Blvd.  The improvements require multiple utility relocations.

During construction, the sidewalk on the south side of Olive Blvd from N Price Rd to I-170 will be closed.
Please use the pedestrian crosswalk at Dielman Road to safely cross Olive Blvd if walking to locations east of N Price Rd.

The Metrobus route 91 eastbound stop at N Price round is closed during construction. Riders should use the bus stop at Llewellyn Lane.

The roadway work is scheduled to be completed in two months depending on weather or utility complications.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Andrew Moses at 314-452-0292.

We Want to Hear from You!

The City of Olivette is updating the 2006 Comprehensive Plan. The Plan is the vision document the City uses to develop land use policies, a vision that portrays Olivette as a community with a well-defined character of its own.

Coffee with the Mayor

There will be no Coffee with the Mayor in January.

Some of the best ideas and conversations are had over coffee! The advantage of being in a close-knit community like Olivette means we have more opportunities to interact with one another.

We look forward to seeing you on February 8th to learn more about the Comprehensive Plan.

Winter Operations

Please review Olivette's winter operations procedures as we head into the chilly season!

Stop Gun Violence

Did you know that the Olivette Police Department offers free gun locks for the community?

Gun locks are available Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
