PCDC Updates

The Planning and Community Development Commission are reviewing the following: 

Amendment 3 Zoning Changes:  With the November 6, 2022, amendment to the MO Constitution declaring the legality and regulation of adult-use recreational marijuana, the Commission will consider changes to Chapter 450 Medical Marijuana Facilities, to authorize adult-use recreational marijuana as provided by law.

Dispensary request.  The City received an application for a marijuana dispensary at 9270 Olive Boulevard.  The dispensary would require Special Permit review, with the Commission forwarding a recommendation to the City Council, and the Council acting on final approval.  A copy of the application can be accessed here: Agri-Genesis, LC, dba Sunrise Dispensary
