Aloha! Get ready to enjoy some delicious custard with your grandchildren at an ice cream luau party. The City's Parks & Recreation Department will be celebrating Grandparent's Day from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2022, at the Morgan Family Community Center (6207 W. Price Blvd.) Grandparents (or grandparent figures) are invited to bring children ages 4 and up to participate in memorable crafts and goofy games. Activities will be followed by an ice cream party graciously sponsored by North Port Culvers.  

Space is limited, so the public is encouraged to pre-register. Patrons can sign up online at http://bit.ly/NPGrandparentsDay or can call 941-429-PARK(7275) and select option 2 for assistance. The fee is $3 per person.
