30-day Public Comment Period on Scope of Environmental Analysis Initiated. The City of Mill Valley invites interested parties and the community to comment on the Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the environmental review of the 2023-2031 Housing Element through August 22, 2022.  The NOP includes a project description and an overview of the potential impacts that will be addressed in the SEIR

The 30-day public comment period for the NOP closes on August 22, 2022.

A remote online public scoping meeting will be conducted via zoom on Thursday August 4, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. during the public comment period to collect oral comments on the scope of the EIR and answer questions.
