Now that the work of the governance transition committee appointed by the mayor is done, the council will work with members of that committee to conduct public information sessions where more details can be shared and questions can be answered. At the May 23rd city council meeting, Council President Greg Shaw asked District 5 Council member Ranae Bartlett to lead the next phase in the potential governance transition to a Council-Manager form of government. The first community meeting will be held at City Hall on Wednesday June 22nd at 6 p.m. The meeting will be live-streamed on the city webpage here.
