Permitting Process Change

Effective October 1, 2022 

In Person Building Permit Applications:

Both the property owner and the contractor must sign the application.

Online Portal Building Permit Applications:

A current property owner’s email address is required as the Building Division will be sending an electronic property owner’s acknowledgement of the application submittal.
