Thank you to our sponsor, Stay Healdsburg, and our partner, the Healdsburg Chamber, for supporting this festive community celebration.

Happy holidays!

Plaza Holiday Tree

Our Community Services team has been busy! In addition to the final days of planning for Merry Healdsburg and 39th Annual Senior Appreciation Dinner, they spent this week in the Plaza decorating the Plaza Holiday Tree.

Many thanks to Image Tree Service for donating their awesome staff and equipment to help us string 4,000 lights, hang 500 ornaments, and place the star on top!

Celebrate Posada + Hanukkah

Join our Community Services team and Corazon Healdsburg on December 16 from 5:30-8:00 pm. in the Plaza for our first ever Community Posada and celebration of Hanukkah!

This special evening will feature traditions from Mexican and Jewish communities including food, music, and gifts.

The event is free and all are welcome!

Coffee With The City

Join us for our next Coffee with the City!

This will be a casual chat with City Manager Jeff Kay, as well as department directors and other city staff, about topics that are City related, including an update on the City's budget and financial health, the upcoming climate mobilization strategy kickoff, the City's work to address diversity, equity, and inclusion, housing affordability, and an overview of upcoming projects for parks, road improvements, and drought resiliency.

We want to hear from you!

Please join us on December 8, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. at the Healdsburg Library!

Toys For Tots

The Healdsburg Police Department and Healdsburg Police Officers’ Association have partnered once again with the Sonoma County Toys for Tots Campaign!

The Marine Toys for Tots program helps children of Sonoma County have a brighter Christmas.  If you would like to participate, you can bring a new, unwrapped toy to the police department lobby between now through December 15.  Once collected, the toys will then go to the Healdsburg Community Center and will be distributed by the Marine Toys for Tots volunteers.

Join us in making this year another success!

Climate Mobilization Strategy Community Kickoff

The City of Healdsburg is developing a Climate Mobilization Strategy to provide a framework of projects to pursue for the City to achieve greenhouse gas (GHG) reductions, in support of regional climate goals.

We will be kicking off the Climate Mobilization Strategy with a Community Workshop on Monday, December 12, from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at the Healdsburg Community Center Multi-Purpose Room (1557 Healdsburg Avenue).  Childcare, language interpretation, and light refreshments will be provided.

Please save the date and share with anyone that may be interested. We look forward to hearing community ideas on how Healdsburg can be as sustainable as possible!
