Let's Improve Emeryville!

The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a five-year plan that helps guide Emeryville's investment in our public buildings, parks, streets, sewers, and other City facilities. Projects included in the CIP are large-scale, long-term investments in public infrastructure. 

We want to hear from you! What should the City build, replace, or improve? Submit your ideas during City Council & Community Advisory Committee meetings in January.
