Federal Grant Assurance 24. Fee and Rental Structure requires the City (Sponsor) to maintain a fee and rental structure for the facilities and services at the airport which will make the airport as self-sustaining as possible under the circumstances existing at the particular airport, taking into account such factors as the volume of traffic and economy of collection.

The attached Schedule of Airport Rates, Chares, and Fees has been developed using the existing rates, charges, and fees contained in the Airport Commercial Minimum Operation Standards, lease agreements, and operating permits. New rates, charges, and fees and/or rate increases to existing fees are being requested to ensure airport customers are paying appropriate fees to support the operation and maintenance of the airport and its facilities.
